Canton Warriors

As a member of American Youth Football, Canton Youth Football will join with Mid Conn league in the All-American division.  This division is an age-based division that provides kids the opportunity to play with kids from their own grade and age group.  Many weight based breakdowns allow for older/lighter kids to play on the teams.  As a High School coach recently put it: "The older/lighter kids tend to be more physically advanced than the younger kids and become the "predators" for one year.  Then the following year they are required to move up and are now lunch for the "predators" of the next division."  By moving to the All-American division we eliminate this mentality and allow the kids to play with kids from their grade.  Please note that the Grade listed below is the grade your child will enter in the FALL.  This bracket will be updated to include a Mighty-Mite team for grade 3 Max age 7/8/9.  Please note that the 9th grade level will NOT be offered for the Canton program.  Max age will be 14 for the youth program and 8th grade.
